Do the problems get harder as rating is higher?

To Whom It May Concern:
Do the ELO rating problems get harder as your go higher? I noticed when I reached 1850 the problems like mate in 6 were hard to attain.

Yes, problems are assigned to you according to your ELO. For tactical problems their ELO is choosen between your ELO-400 points and your ELO.
Remember that newly added problems have an inaccurate ELO rating. The problem RD value indicate how it's accurate. With more attempts by the players to solve the problem its RD will lower and the problem ELO will be more accurate.
