Simplification Process like No. 13083 and others

Some problems when simplified are easy wins (those are the tactical problems, not the mate in X). Another example is problem number 13083. Obviously, tactical problems are not checkmate problems so why delete the problems when simplified should be deleted or (added lines of play that are acceptable). I should get more happy faces than intended. The previous posts are similar to the simplification process also.
