Can't see the whole board

I was able to use the site somewhat on my PC (although still can't see the puzzles if using my Mac); however, only 6 of the 8 ranks (48 squares) are displayed. How do I fix this problem? Thank you.

On the PC which browser and java version do you use?
Try to update Java here: http://www.java.com
Let me know if this fix the problem.

I can't see anything! I download the program as suggered, but however the answer is "Plug In Java (TM) is not installed. clic here to download".
I download "wmpfirefoxplugin" prg too, but it seems the same one, Can you help me? Thanks!

Check in firefox if the plugin you have installed is active or try to use another browser like Internet explorer or Google chrome
